Please take note of a handful of items:

  1. We cannot allow a member to participate without the above-completed forms and a copy of proof of a current Negative Coggins.

  2. Please plan on signing up before Tuesday, June 17th via email at UvaldeYouthRodeo@gmail.com.  This will help us run our rodeos more efficiently so we can keep everything moving. Each family is required to pay a $100 membership fee. If you bring a $500 sponsor in by May 31st, the club will waive 50% of your membership fee.

  3. We ask all members to help us with sponsors for our 2025 series. Please pick up copies on Tuesday or access them on our Sponsorship Information page.

  4. This year, the UYRC Summer Series Raffle requires each club member to sell ten tickets. Families with more than one member will have a cap of fifteen tickets per family. All tickets must be submitted at our last Summer Series Rodeo on July 1, 2025. The drawing will be conducted during our Awards Banquet on July 29, 2025.

  5. We will require work points for both our summer series as well as for our 62nd Annual Rodeo this summer.  We will need everyone to help us where you feel comfortable and able to serve whether it’s working a gate, helping with livestock, or setting up and taking down for events. If you don’t know where or how to help please ask! We welcome the help of all of our members and their families. We rely on our members and their families to help us make this series a memorable one for our kiddos and we cannot do that without you! Our work point book will be on site this year.  Each family is asked to earn one work point per child enrolled per rodeo. Families will NOT be asked to work our Annual Rodeo this year unless your child is entered. Please remember that work points MUST be completed to be eligible for prizes.

Please watch our Facebook page for announcements and more information and we look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday nights!
